The fascination of the desert has gripped me since my first desert experience and has stayed with me ever since. I now share this special experience with you on our trips through the deserts in various regions.
My travel experiences and encounters with people from different cultures and religions help me, personally and especially professionally, to take a comprehensive perspective and perhaps also help you in the future.
The core of my main job is working with and in groups and teams. I have been working as an instructor, personnel developer, trainer and coach in youth and adult education for over 25 years and have also been a volunteer at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for just as long.
I have been self-employed since 2007 and work with and advise people in change situations.

In my professional environment, I work as a sales manager for automation systems.
In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking in the mountains and spending a lot of time in nature.
That's why I like to immerse myself in the breathtaking, unusual and extraordinarily beautiful surroundings together with you.
Enjoy the time together with you without stress, without cell phones, without meetings, without emails, ... to the fullest, reduced to the bare essentials and yet well cared for.
Again and again I accompany my wife Christine on her trips to different regions of the world as a co-tour guide.
I look forward to meeting you, to deep conversations around the campfire, to an unforgettable camel trekking tour, to enriching encounters with unique people and lots of breathtaking nature.
Nice that you are traveling with us, 😊.

I look forward to accompanying you on your desert journey.
I love my friends, family, my hobbies (yoga, climbing,...) and my job as a project manager.
But do you know what it's like when the continuous plans, everyday life, hectic pace and obligations sometimes take away the air you breathe?
For me, the desert is a magical place of power and silence that gives me exactly that back. It and its inhabitants (whether human or animal) immediately cast a spell over me on my first visit. The starry sky, the vastness and the feeling of freedom are something indescribable for me.

The canopy of stars, the vastness, the peace, the sense of security, the fantastic and surprisingly diverse nature, the dromedaries and the lovely people around me ...
All of this inspired me so much on my first trip to the desert over 10 years ago that I wanted and still want to go again.
It's so different from my everyday life. I work in the field of student counseling and complaints management in a university context with a lot of change, development, activity, stress and restlessness, which moves me in many ways....
In my free time, I enjoy SUP, jogging and cycling.
I love yogic serenity, meeting up with friends (and girlfriends) for a chat and doing voluntary pastoral work.
On these trips, I experience how inner peace, expansiveness and freedom grow. I am soooo far away and yet very close to myself....
I'm really looking forward to enjoying and feeling it together!
Klaus Stürzenhofecker
My life moves between leadership, coaching and adventure. As an HR specialist, manager and coach, I support people in their development - and as an outdoor athlete, I am always looking for new challenges myself. In addition to my professional roles, I am an enthusiastic family man. As the father of two (almost) grown-up sons, I know how valuable it is to create shared experiences that connect and shape.
People, nature and movement fascinate me. It is precisely this interplay that I am looking forward to on a tour through the desert together.
When the hustle and bustle and the "noise" of everyday life are absent, what makes a person special almost reveals itself, namely their very personal values and strengths. I am happy to support you in guiding these uncovered insights in helpful directions in group discussions or in 1:1 conversations as a travel companion and coach.
I look forward to our journey together!
Michael Fuchs
I am Michael Fuchs - coach, trainer and companion on this wonderful journey to more clarity and inner strength. My heart beats for the connection between nature, movement and mindfulness. I take a playful approach to things, because I firmly believe that lightness and joy are the key to deep insights and lasting change.
The Sinai desert touched me deeply in 2024 - its silence, its infinite expanse and its simplicity. Here, a space opens up for me to come back to myself, take a deep breath and encounter the essential: myself.
With my many years of experience as a coach and trainer, I will accompany you on this journey with targeted impulses, reflections and meditations. My aim is not to provide answers, but to create spaces in which you can playfully find your own insights - be it on your own, in exchange with the group, in quiet moments under the starry sky, around the daily campfire or with a humorous change of perspective.
Together we will wander through the vastness of the desert and discover the vastness within ourselves - with joy, lightness and the willingness to look at life from a different perspective.
I look forward to the steps we take together.
